_The central administration of the ELCZ has a total of 7 people in key positions i.e. 3 females and 5 males at positions of Accounts Clerk to the Presiding Bishop. The Church emphasises on gender equality in its recruitment of staff where staff are not discriminated against on the basis of gender.
